As Sales and Marketing Manager with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she brings with her a wealth of knowledge and passion in textiles. She is dedicated and willing to go an extra mile to make customers happy and satisfied.

Jessica is the youngest and most energetic member of the Symphony family responsible for Social Enterprise. Jess is currently studying to gain BA Honours in Children and Young people. Her role within Symphony is to promote, encourage and help make social change through social media, web and multimedia content.
Jessica Kempster
Phil is a detail-oriented and enthusiastic project manager having over 20 years of experience in leading varied projects from cradle to gate. He is most noticeable for his contribution in the ‘Fifth Gear’, a British motoring television magazine series, aired on Channel 5 from 2002 to 2011. The scope of his projects has not been limited to motoring industry only, he has undertaken collaborations with clients on creative development, design and production work.
